The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort is set in a stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views and great amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, notably the receptionist Leo.

Although our room overlooking the pool at one of the larger lagoons wasn't initially ready, necessitating a change, the eventual accommodation was top-notch. The only downside was the very long walk to the room, which included multiple flights of outdoor staircases that proved challenging for my husband's knee.

The controls for lights, fans, and air con were a bit inconvenient being all on the far side of the bedside table, but overall, I really enjoyed my time there. I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! The rooms, although a little tired, were still very nice with great views. The controls for lights, fans, and air conditioning being on the far side of the room was a bit annoying, but aside from that, everything was fantastic. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience overall. The lack of towels initially was a minor hiccup but was quickly resolved by the attentive staff. I truly loved my time here.
